This week there are five match ups of ranked teams.  For the first time in a while there are no match ups of ranked Big 10 teams.

(3) TCU at (5) Utah – This will be an interesting game.  This is the type of game that Boise was not lucky enough to have this year.  The winner of this game will be sitting very well to make it to the BCS championship game.  This is going to be a hard one to pick.  Last year TCU beat Utah with ease.  This year in Utah I don’t think that it will be the same.  Utah 45 – TCU 35

(21) Baylor at (17) Oklahoma St – This game is sure to produce a lot of offense.   Both teams have a very proficient passing game and put the ball up when ever they can.  Neither team was expected to do much this year.  Who ever wins this game will be in control of the Big 12 South and a date with Nebraska for the Big 12 Championship.  Baylor is on a roll with big wins in the last few weeks with wins over Texas and Kansas State.  In a shoot out Baylor 49 Oklahoma State 45

(18) Arkansas at (19) South Carolina – South Carolina will be looking to avoid the break down that they have suffered the previous two seasons.  If they can pull this one off they set up for a showdown next week with Florida for the SEC East crown.  Stopping SEC passin leader Ryan Mallett will not be easy but they may not have to stop him just contain him.  If they can hold the ball on offense and keep Mallett off the field they may be able to pull this one off.  South Carolina  31 Arkansas 28

(6) Alabama at (10) LSU – If you look at their records this looks like a close game.  In reality as much as it hurts me to say it.  Alabama will beat LSU like the poser that they are.  LSU should have at least 3 loses this year and have been very lucky.  I know a lucky win still counts as a win.  In this game LSU will be lucky to keep it close past half time.  Alabama 38 – LSU 21

(15) Arizona at (13) Stanford – As great a year as Arizona is having this year.  This is the game where there Luck runs out.  Ok a bad pun but that is what will happen in this game.  Stanford is still stinging from the loss to Oregon a few weeks ago when they had them on the ropes.   Stanford 28 – Arizona 17

With Auburn and Oregon both in cake walk games the top of the standings will not change.  The big turning point for today is the Utah TCU game.
