Picks Round Up

Wow am I ever late on getting the round up posted.  Better late than never.  Well maybe.

The picks turned out a respectable 2 – 2.  It is getting to the point in the year where almost no match ups are a sure thing.

Texas A&M 9 Nebraska 6 – in what may have been the worst officiated game that I have ever watched Nebraska came close to winning even though it seemed like it was 16 (22 A&M players and 5 Refs) against 11 Nebraska players.  Still in the end Nebraska did not get it done and took themselves out of the BCS Championship scenario.  0 – 1

Ohio State 20 Iowa 17 – this game was close but in the end Iowa showed that they are not the best 3 loss team in the country.  I’m not sure that they are the best 4 loss team in the country.  Ohio State showed that they can beat a middle of the road team.   0 – 2

Arkansas 37 Mississippi State 31 – This game went pretty much the way I thought it would.  Mallett had a good day and Mississippi State could not keep up.  1 – 2

Virginia Tech 31 Miami(FL) 17 – Not nearly as close as I thought this game was going to be.  Well it was until the fourth quarter when Tech just took over the game and left Miami in the dust. 2 -2
